En suite needed

Hi, I’m looking for a room to rent as soon as possible, ideally an en-suite, close as possible to erdington. I’m in full receipt of housing benefits. Currently studying at university. I’m reliable, respectful of other people’s space, and I’m looking for somewhere peaceful to live. I don’t smoke or drink.
