Tech Professional looking for a room share

I’m a 24-year-old working full-time 9 to 5. I’m currently looking for a comfortable, clean double room (ideally an ensuite or with a dedicated bathroom) in a professional flat or house share with car parking.

My budget is up to £650–£700 per month, ideally with bills included. Geographically, I’m looking to stay relatively close to my office so areas like the City Centre edge, Short Strand, Ravenhill, Ormeau, or parts of East Belfast near the Glider routes are ideal.

What I’m looking for:
I am looking for a professional, relaxed houseshare with like-minded people. Because I am exploring a career relocation in the near future, I am specifically hunting for a flexible, short-term arrangement or a rolling month-to-month contract (e. g., 3 to 6 months) rather than a rigid 12-month lock-in.
