Hi! I'm Rach, looking for a new place to call home in East or Highbury/Holloway/Finsbury Park/Seven Sisters following a breakup (I'm okay!) I'm flexible on moving date, but hoping to move before the end of September. I prefer to be contacted by housemates only, not live-out landlords.

About me:
- 33 yo
- work in education marketing and copywriting, split between part time job and freelancing
- I'm also a creative writer, focussing on non-fiction and poetry and have my first proper publication coming out soon!
- bisexual, non-monogamous/poly and non-binary so queer or queer friendly is a must
- vegan (but your dietary choices are up to you!)
- clean and tidy and respectful of others' space, boundaries and schedules (yes, I am in therapy)
- I value transparency and honesty from myself and others, and appreciate direct communication
- pretty social, usually out several nights a week but would love to connect with flatmates when schedules overlap
- out of house hobbies include cinema, sauna, book club and facilitating/attending writing groups
- at home hobbies include reading, writing and collage
