Looking for a double room

Hey! I'm Paul and have been living in Manchester for around 18 months and am originally from Anglesey in North Wales. I’m looking for a good-sized double room in a house with a garden (or some form of outside space – BBQS!) in either Chorlton, Withington or Didsbury, where I’m living at the moment. I work in Energy/Sustainability in Salford normally, but am currently having to work from home, so will need enough space to do so. My budget is around £470/month including bills.

Friendly, sociable and easy going, I love to travel and explore, live for my food and am a bit obsessed with house plants. Love to cook and also love eating out, so it’d be nice to do that together as housemates sometimes. I suppose what I’m really saying is, it’d be great to make some friends out of my housemates.

I'm clean and tidy, considerate of others and open minded. Love anything outdoorsy, architecture, keeping fit (running/gym/yoga), creative things, board games, watching Netflix.

I Like to spend my weekends getting out on and about on walks, going out for a meal, cooking, having a couple of drinks and generally chilling out.
