​Hi, I’m Brad! I am a 29-year-old professional working in the insurance sector in the city. I am currently looking to relocate from Ipswich to be closer to both my office in the City and my girlfriend.
​My work schedule is a hybrid mix: I commute into the City 2–3 days a week and work from home the remaining days. Because of this, I am looking for a peaceful, reliable space where I can comfortably focus during the day and unwind in the evenings.

​Clean & Respectful: I take pride in keeping my living space spotless, organised, and well-maintained.
​Quiet & Independent: I generally keep to myself, and highly value a calm, mature home environment.
​Routine-Oriented: My weeks are quite structured between a busy job, studying for my professional qualifications and staying active.
​What I Am Looking For
​I am searching for an independent studio apartment (entire property/self-contained space) with the following preferences:
​Location: Anywhere with great, straightforward transport links into both the City (London) and Stratford.
​Setup: A reliable internet connection (essential for WFH days) and a layout that accommodates a desk setup.
​Property Type: Unfurnished or furnished, but must be independent living.
​My situation
​I am applying for this property entirely on my own as a single occupant, and the lease will be solely in my name.
​However, my girlfriend currently lives in a single room in Stratford. Because we both work demanding jobs during the week, we like to spend our downtime together. She would be staying over mostly on weekends. We are both quiet, respectful professionals who value privacy and will treat the property with the utmost respect.
