My sister and I are looking for two double or king-size bedrooms in the same house, with a preferred move-in date from 10th July, although we are flexible for the right home.
We are both full-time professionals who take pride in being clean, respectful, reliable, and easy-going tenants. We are looking for somewhere we can truly call home, not just somewhere to stay, and we will always treat your property with the utmost care and respect, as if it were our own.
We have references available and are fully prepared to move forward promptly once the right home is found.
Our ideal home would include:
● Two double or king-size bedrooms
● A garden (preferred)
● Parking would be a wonderful bonus
● Excellent transport links, ideally within walking distance of a Tube station or other public transport
We are ideally looking within Zones 2–4 in London, with a reasonable rent for the area.
We also have a lovely cat who is part of our little family. He is quiet, affectionate, fully house-trained, and enjoys spending most of his time outdoors, so a garden would make him very happy.
