Master student looking for a friendly flatshare

Hi!

I'm Zoé, a 25-year-old Life Sciences Engineering student from Switzerland. I'll be moving to Edinburgh from September 2026 for around six months to complete my master's thesis at the University of Edinburgh, working on a women's health project 🧬

I've lived in shared flats for the past five years and really value a clean, respectful, and easy-going home with open communication. I'm quite calm, tend to keep early hours, and enjoy having a friendly chat while also respecting everyone's personal space.

Outside of university, I love reading fantasy novels (bonus points for dragons and magic!🐉), sewing, watching films/documentaries, cooking (I'm vegetarian), playing board games, and staying active through running, swimming, cycling, strength training, and other sports. I'm also looking forward to exploring Edinburgh and Scotland during weekends, and as a huge animal lover, meeting some Highland cows is high on my to-do list!😇

I'm looking for a welcoming home where people are considerate and comfortable around each other, whether that's sharing the occasional meal, chatting over tea, or simply enjoying a peaceful and respectful atmosphere. LGBTQ+ friendly homes/buddys are especially appreciated. I'd also be delighted to share a home with pets!
