We’re a professional couple in our late twenties looking for a new home in the Richmond, St Margarets, Kew, Twickenham or surrounding areas. We’re ideally looking for a one-bedroom flat or a spacious room in a well-maintained property with good transport links into central London.

We’re both full-time professionals and lead a fairly quiet, balanced lifestyle. My partner works in TV/Film in SoHo and I run a carpet/flooring business in Hampton. We both take pride in keeping our living space clean, tidy and well looked after, and we’re respectful of neighbours and housemates. Outside of work, we enjoy trips to the pub and local restaurants, keeping active, meeting friends and making the most of what the area has to offer.

We’re looking for a place that feels like home and would ideally like to settle somewhere long-term. We can provide references, proof of income and any other information required.
