Male Professional Looking for Share in LS6 / LS7

Hi. I'm a 41 year old man (professional). I'm planning on moving back to Leeds and looking for work after a few years away.

Looking for a double room or single room in a house share or HMO, preferably with a nice, chilled, relaxed but fun atmosphere.

Happy to socialise and spend time with flatmates, go to pubs / bars /restaurants / events, but am also a very independent guy and will need my own space.

Essentials:

* A double or single room in a HMO in Headingley (LS6), Meanwood or Chapel Allerton (LS7). May consider Burley at a push.

* Budget £650pcm with all bills included, including Council Tax. Prefer all bills included options over separate bills.

* Separate contracts, so that I'm not potentially liable for anybody else's rent.

* Prefer to move back ASAP - July 2026.

Preferences:

* Prefer ages c. 21-45.
* Prefer mixed male/female household.
* Don't mind whether other flatmates are professionals/students.
* Don't mind smokers/non-smokers.
* Prefer to share with other singles (not couples).
* Prefer pet-free and child-free household.
* Prefer not to share with flatmates with particularly unusual dietary allergies/requirements.
