Male Professional seeks Houseshare LS6 Headingley

Hi. I'm a 41 year old man (professional). I'm planning on moving back to Leeds and looking for work after a few years away.

Looking for a double room or single room in a house share or HMO, preferably with a nice, chilled, relaxed but fun atmosphere.

Happy to socialise and spend time with flatmates, go to pubs / bars /restaurants / events, but I am also a very independent and busy guy and will need my own space.

Essentials:

* A double or single room in a HMO in Headingley (LS6) or Meanwood. May consider Burley at a push.

* Budget £650pcm with all bills included, including Council Tax. I strongly prefer all bills included options over separate bills.

* Separate liability contracts, so that I'm not potentially liable for anybody else's rent (and vice versa).

* Looking to move back ASAP (as of 21/08/2026).

I'm a male professional, aged 41, and single with no kids and no pets. I am a non-smoker and I eat meat and fish.

Preferences:

I'd prefer to share with mixed males and females, ages c.21-45, and don't mind whether they are professionals or students. I like a quieter household, and I don't want to be in a house share with kids or pets.

I'd prefer to share with single people (as in people who rent the rooms singly, not couples renting together) to avoid awkward couple dynamics or breakups.

I prefer a non-smoking household but don't really mind. I won't join a vegetarian/vegan household as I eat a lot of meat and fish. I also eat most of the commonly labelled allergen food groups (nuts/peanuts/seafood/dairy/celery/gluten/etc).
