Quiet Professional seeking room in NN1

Professional woman in my early 30s looking for a room in a calm, tidy houseshare in or near Northampton town centre (NN1), ideally within walking distance of the centre. Available to move from late July, flexible, and happy with a rolling or shorter agreement.

I work locally for the council and have a quiet, settled lifestyle. Evenings are usually reading, writing, and an early night rather than going out. I’m a poet and I value calm at home. Clean and considerate, I keep shared spaces tidy and look after my own. Non-smoker.

What I’m looking for: a peaceful house with one or two professional housemates rather than a big or party-oriented share. Bills-included preferred. A room that’s genuinely quiet for sleep matters a lot to me, so a settled, low-key household is the priority.
