25 y/o looking for an en-suite room close to ICL

Hi there!

I'm Sebastian and I'm looking for an en-suite double room in a shared house/flat close to Imperial College's South Kensington campus. I'm from Austria, did my Master's abroad in Sweden, and will start my doctoral studies in physics at ICL in October. I would like to move to London early to mid-September.

As part of an EU-funded Marie Curie doctoral program, I am fully employed by the university with a net monthly income of £3,300 for the next three years. My budget is up to £1,300 pcm including bills, though I am happy to pay a bit more if the location is super close to campus. I can immediately provide proof of income.

I'm friendly, outgoing, and looking for housemates with whom I can occasionally share a meal, watch a movie, or grab a pint! Of course, I also value and respect personal space. I'm tidy, reliable, and very uncomplicated to live with.

I'll be working at uni during weekdays and staying active with gym sessions or running. Because of this, I won't be home much during the week.
