Quiet working woman

I am a full time employed person looking for a room without a bed in it if possible (double) as I’d like my own but if I have to put in storage I will, in a shared house preferably with one other and no children. I have two older teenage girls who live with their dad currently but I’d like them to be able to come and visit me wherever I live without it being an issue, they are well mannered and polite and are no problem and I generally have them in the day and then back to their dads in the evening at the moment. Hoping this will only be a shorter term thing for me as I hoping and my goal is to have my own house with them as soon as I’ve saved enough and find the right one. If that’s ok with you and you will accept a tenant like me who will give you reasonable notice when I need to leave and who is clean tidy and quiet then please contact me. Oh and I am chatty so whoever needs to know I’ll always say hi and communicate with you if I see you. Thank you
