Seeking spacious flat - SFE Funded

Hi! I'm a SOAS student looking for a room in a clean, friendly house or flat from around September.

My budget is up to £1,050pcm depending on what's included and how far it is from Central London (Euston). I would love an annexe, maisonette, mezzanine, but if there is a private outdoor area, that's perfect, too!

I'm open to living with any number of people—as long as the house feels spacious, respectful, and well looked after. A large double room and enough communal space are much more important to me than having only one or two housemates.

I'm tidy, independent, considerate, and keep shared spaces clean. I enjoy having my own space and time alone due to my studies, but I'm friendly and happy to chat with housemates too.

Ideally I'm looking for:
• A spacious double room
• Good natural light
• A property within a reasonable commute to SOAS (within 40 mins)
• A relaxed, respectful household
• Bills included if possible
