My current flatmate is moving out. I'm looking for a responsible and professional flatmate to apply with me for a lease renewal on an absolutely beautiful apartment in Stranmillis zone (near Lagan). My current flatmate is moving out, so I need someone to join the application as soon as possible.

The apartment is modern, in excellent condition, and offers breathtaking views. It is located in a lovely, very quiet, safe, and non-sectarian area of Belfast. Perfect for a peaceful, professional house-share.

Available Room Options: A huge en-suite double bedroom with its own walk-in wardrobe (+-£600/month); A comfortable, spacious standard double bedroom (£500/month)
