Room wanted — Gillingham, Chatham, Rochester, Strood, Rainham (Kent) or Gravesend area, from 2nd July for 9 weeks

I'm a mature, professional person starting a permanent role with South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust and need a furnished room on or near the Thameslink line between Gillingham and Gravesend from 2nd July for approximately 9 weeks.

I'm reliable, respectful of shared spaces, non-smoker, no pets. Happy to provide references including from my new employer.

Budget: up to £500 pcm
Deposit: low or no deposit preferred given the fixed short term nature of the stay
Available from: 2nd July 2026
Length of stay: 9 weeks
