We are a group of 3 friends looking for a 3 bedroom unfurnished house, apartment or flat. It must have a HMO license as we are not related.
We are not too picky on what town/city we move to. We would like to be in the midlands and near a train station.
We are currently stuck in a broadband contract with vodafone, so we prefer bills to not be included. We are only considering places with full fibre broadband.
No studios or sharing with strangers please.
We have gerbils (caged).
We do not smoke.
We are mostly on UC, and savings.
We have guarantors.
