Chill flatmates around the city? HMU!

Hi there! I recently have been offered a new job with the civil service in Manchester and so I’m looking for a nice en-suite room in a shared flat.
I’m looking to stay with a 20-30 minute commute of the city centre, but I also appreciate good value and am willing to explore a little further out.

I’m not a loud boisterous room mate, I’m mostly an introvert who enjoys personal time and relaxed evenings. If we do make good friends I’m very happy to have some nights out, explore the city, or just hang out together at home, but I understand when people want to just get on with their lives and I’m also completely happy with that. I’m quite easy to live with, anything goes.

On the same note of easiness, I’m someone who loves a clean and fresh environment. I really appreciate when others keep up on general cleanliness, but I’m also very happy to do a lot of the communal cleaning myself. It’s something I actually enjoy, and as long as things aren’t getting nasty I’m good!

I will be full time in the office for a little while but hopefully I’ll be able to work from home 2 days a week.

For hobbies; I like to get around and explore, especially since this will be my first time living in Manchester. I like to get my steps in, and I go to the gym 4x per week. Other than that, I play multiple different video games and enjoy playing with others too.
