BAE Graduate Looking for Houseshare in Preston

I am starting as a graduate systems engineer with BAE Systems at Warton / Samlesbury in September.

I am looking to join ideally another BAE systems graduates or professional in their 20s / 30s to houseshare in Preston.

I am reasonably flexible, the only essential requirement for me is a parking space. An outdoor area such as patio or garden and large kitchen would be a bonus. I can do furnished or unfurnished as I have furniture from my previous apartment.

I am very organised and tidy. I am sociable and would like to share with another social person, but I do not drink alcohol often and do not go partying or on nights out.

I am looking to rent for a minimum of 1 year, and open discussing longer term plans.
