Seeking Room Near Cambridge University

Hi, I'm Mohsin, an incoming MPhil student at the University of Cambridge (Lucy Cavendish College), starting in October 2026. I'm looking to move in around 27th September 2026.
I'm a quiet, tidy, and considerate housemate, respectful of shared spaces and easy to live with. As a postgraduate student, my routine will mostly involve studying, lectures, and occasional library work, so I'll keep evenings and weekends relaxed and low-key.
I'm looking for a room ideally within easy reach of the university campus and city centre, to keep my commute to lectures and college simple. My budget is £700–£750 per month.
