2 cats and a multicultural community maven

Hiya my name is Paola, I am a mature professional and some 7 years ago I moved from my fast paced corporate London life to Brighton to invest on my yoga/retreat charity project. I am travelled, a multicultural Brazilian/Italian that made the UK her home 20 yrs ago after leaving California for Europe. I am looking for a quiet home between homes for at least 1 year, as I am in the process of selling my flat. I still work with community projects in Brighton and Hove at various capacities, my working pattern is Mon, and Thu to Sat with some Sundays.
I look for a quiet home for me and the cats (13 yrs) one of them is now diabetic again so I do inject him with insulin 2x a day and I have a professional catsitter to step in when I am away. I have great references. The place must have no pets nor vices. I prefer an ensuite or shared bathroom with one other, parking, some 30 min max drive into town, if this is near a library it would be amazing, I love them.
