Teacher (and 2/3 friends) looking for end of Aug

Hi there, my name’s Jedd (28) I’m an SEN teacher and work weekends at a bar- my friends and I (Rebecca, Alex and Joe, all around my age) are looking for a whole property or space in a larger share in South East London after our tenancy in Peckham quite abruptly came to an end this Summer, as our Landlord has decided to sell. We lived there together quite neatly and happily for nearly 3 years and are all close pals from our uni days and beyond! We are all however quite out-and-about people with busy jobs and lives. We would love to stick together and continue what was a lovely living situation for us. I myself smoke when out and about and in our current home had access to a garden to do so on occasion. No pets- and some small furnishings coming with us depending on the space!
