Professional looking for someone to buddy up with

Hey,

I’m an English teacher looking for a room to rent or some housemates.

Lots of my friends are leaving Cardiff and ideally I don’t want to live alone!!

I’d love to move into a 2-3 bed house. I own furniture so the house could be unfurnished! My current house tenancy ends in August so I’d be looking to move then. Move in date is flexible but as I begin work again on 1st September, I’d need a house by then!

Ideally, I’d like to live in Pontcanna but am open to living in a nice house in the Heath, Roath, Llandaff or Cyncoed.

I’m sociable, clean, hard working and good fun. I love an evening drinking wine, exploring nature or watching TV.

I go back to my parents’ home most weekends to spend time with my horses.

I’ve lived in shared houses since 2019 with friends. I am respectful, tidy and easy to be around.
