Hi, I am Chloe.

I have recently started working for the NHS after completing my master’s degree, and I am now looking for somewhere that feels like a home rather than just somewhere to stay.

I work full-time, so I am usually out during the day. When I get home, I am mostly just looking to relax and recharge. I enjoy a quiet lifestyle, and I occasionally spend weekends travelling or visiting friends.

I am a clean, tidy and considerate person, and I genuinely enjoy keeping my living space nice. I always clean up after myself, keep communal areas tidy, and tend to keep my belongings in my own room. I treat other people’s homes with the same care and respect as I would my own.

I would say I am very easy to live with. I enjoy a friendly chat from time to time, but I also really value everyone’s privacy and personal space. I have always got on well with the people I have lived and worked with, and I hope to find a home where everyone feels comfortable and respected.

I do not smoke, I do not have pets, and I rarely have visitors. My lifestyle is fairly simple, and home is mainly somewhere for me to rest after work.

I am looking for somewhere with a convenient commute to the Royal Marsden Hospital in Chelsea. I realise my budget is probably best suited to living with a resident landlord, which actually suits me very well.

If possible, I would love to find a home with a friendly female landlord who also enjoys a peaceful home. It would be lovely to say hello over a cup of tea now and then, while still respecting each other’s independence and routines.
