I don't smoke, drink, or have parties and prefer a quiet environment where people keep to themselves, don't smoke in the house and who leaves the toilet seat and kitchen preparation surface clean for the next person.
I'm working full-time as a labourer and can prove that I always pay my rent on time, spend within my means and also have a healthy bank balance, something of which I am happy to provide evidence.
