Hi! I’m looking for a room to rent in Edinburgh, ideally around the Leith area, although I’m flexible for the right place.

A bit about me, I work full-time in an office, with only the occasional day working from home, so I’m usually out from early morning until later in the evening.

I’m easy-going, clean, respectful, and sociable.

I’m happy to live with either males or females and would ideally be looking for a two-bedroom property, as I prefer a quieter home.

My budget is £700–£850 per month.

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping fit, going to the gym, running, cooking (or going out for dinner), and the occasional pub night. I have my own friends and social life, so I’m not looking to live in each other’s pockets, but it would be great to live with someone who’s also up for a chat, a drink, or dinner now and then and hopefully become friends as well.
