Double ensuite - Maida Vale/St Johns Wood, Regents

Hey I’m Heena, 33, a northern girlie relocating from Leeds to London for a new job in September

Location: looking around Maida Vale, St John’s Wood, Queen’s Park, Kilburn, Regents Park, Little Venice or nearby areas … somewhere with a decent link to Paddington / the Elizabeth line for my commute.

My budget is around £1,400 pcm including bills (happy to be a little flexible for the right place!) and I’m ideally looking for a double room with an en-suite.

I’m clean, easygoing and respectful of shared spaces. I work from home 2 days a week, but like to keep things pretty chilled during the week after work.

Outside of work… I’ve recently got into reformer pilates and loving that so reformer/gym class, grabbing a coffee on a weekend walk and exploring somewhere new. Always up for dinner or a drink, but equally happy having a quiet night in!

Move-in: Ideally around 5th September, but I can be flexible for the right place. Looking for somewhere long-term.

Ideally looking for an all-female household, preferably no more than 2 other girls.
