I am tidy, reliable, and considerate. I take good care of the place I live in and am looking for somewhere that feels calm, comfortable, and well looked after. I will be working full-time in central London and have a stable income, so I am happy to provide proof of employment, proof of income, references, or any other documents required.
Ideally, I am looking for a room with good transport links into central London. I am available to move in as soon as possible and would be happy to arrange a viewing at your convenience.
