I’m looking for a flatmate to share a place in East London specifically Royal Wharf (E16)

• I’m ready to move August 31 but could take on the flat Aug 1 if required

• Able to provide proof of income and London based references for the past 6 months

•Open to tenancy takeover or acquiring a 2bd flat under my own lease £1300-1600 for my portion

✨I am an introvert, but I’m friendly and respectful of shared space (I’ll have a chat while we make a coffee but leave you to do your own thing unless you need me)

✨ I am willing to pay a bit more for the en-suite as I currently stay in a sublet in Royal Wharf with the ensuite and I enjoy it.
