Looking for friendly flatmates and a nice flat :)

Hey! I’m moving to London from Manchester in late August / early September and I’m looking for a friendly flat to share.

I work in the Civil Service and will be working from home most weekdays, so I’m ideally after a comfortable, chill space. I’d be happy joining an existing house share or finding others to sign somewhere together.

I’m ideally looking in North or North East London, but I’m open to anywhere within roughly a 30-minute commute of Whitehall.

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, and I’m looking for flatmates who are the same. I’m sociable and always up for a chat or getting to know new people, but I also really value downtime and personal space.

Ideally, I’d like to live with 2–3 others in a modern flat or house. I’m happy to pay a bit extra for an en suite if possible.

I’m keen to properly explore London and make the most of living here - big fan of a side quest and always up for exploring new places. Not out every weekend, but definitely not looking to just stay in my room either.
