Room needed for trainee teacher

My name is Ben, and I will be beginning my PGCE (Primary) at UCL at the start of September. I am looking for somewhere to stay for at least the duration of my training - and perhaps longer, job opportunities dependant. I am from North Yorkshire (and proud of it!) but have been living in North Devon this past year, and loving the surf and the sea! I’m excited for a change and getting really stuck into all that London has to offer.

I am a quiet, clean, and respectful housemate, and I am happy to provide references from landlords and flatmates. Additionally, I am happy to provide proof of financial means to cover the year’s costs.
