Postgraduate student looking for a flat

Hiya, I'm a 25 year old postgraduate student looking for a room for the academic year. I'm hoping to find a friendly, respectful flat that enjoys socialising whilst respecting independence. I will be studying social research and am wanting to get my head down to then hopefully find a decent job.
I like to go for runs / boulder as well as read and play tennis if I can find anyone to play with, I also enjoy cooking so appreciate a nice clean kitchen. I am happy to sort flat jobs via a rota so the place is always clean and tidy.
I also enjoy the odd cheeky pint every now and then as well and enjoy the live music scene in the city - especially on the folk music side of things.

I'm hoping to find a flat to make decent mates with to do stuff together with but if your flat is still friendly but fairly quiet and independent then that is all good too
