Hi, I'm Lee! I'm a 50-year-old male looking for a single or double room with a budget of £900 pcm (including bills and Wi-Fi), available to move into immediately.

I would describe myself as somewhat shy, quiet, and very tidy. I'm looking for a peaceful home and am more than happy to share with men or women of any age.

I come with full financial backing from North Somerset Council’s Homeless Prevention Team. My rent is completely secure and paid directly to the landlord through my Universal Credit 1-bedroom allowance, which has been approved up to my maximum budget of £900 pcm (inc. bills and Wi-Fi).
To make things as seamless as possible for a landlord, I can provide character references, a guarantor, or happily pay 3 months' rent in advance. If you have a room available in a respectful household, I'd love to hear from you!
