Hi, I’m Lee, a 50-year-old looking for a single or double room in Nailsea, Clevedon or Backwell. My budget is up to £900 per calendar month (including bills and Wi-Fi), and I’m available to move straight away.

I’m looking for a friendly, relaxed household where everyone respects each other’s space but is happy to have the occasional chat. I’m equally comfortable sharing with men or women of any age.

A little about me… I’m quite a quiet person at first, but once I get to know people I’m friendly, easy-going and have a good sense of humour. I enjoy technology, films, Netflix, computers and the occasional computer game. I like a clean and tidy home and always clean up after myself. I’m respectful of other people’s routines and appreciate a calm, considerate household.

I’ve always had a natural affinity for computers and technology and enjoy figuring out how things work. You’ll often find me happily tinkering with tech or helping out with the odd computer or Wi-Fi problem if I can.

My housing costs will be covered through Universal Credit, providing reliable ongoing rent payments. I’m financially prepared for the move and can cover the deposit and first month’s rent myself. If it helps provide extra reassurance, I’m happy to provide a personal reference and, if needed, arrange a guarantor.
