Teacher seeking room in SW London

Hi, I'm Reece, a 30-year-old Deputy Head of Maths moving back to London at the end of August to start a new role at a secondary school in Wimbledon.
I'm clean, considerate and easy-going, and I'm looking for a friendly, relaxed house where everyone respects each other's space but is also happy to have a chat or the occasional drink.
Outside of work I enjoy running, travelling, hiking, football and exploring London. I'm often out at running club or spending weekends with friends, so I'm generally fairly busy but enjoy a welcoming home to come back to.
Ideally I'm looking for a room in Balham, Clapham, Tooting, Colliers Wood or the surrounding areas with good transport links to Wimbledon. My move-in date is towards the end of August.
