I’m Pauline, 22-> 23 in September ! I’m going to be a PhD student at UoB starting from September 14th but am currently a software engineer in the city centre. I’m currently living in a house of 8 other occupants and I really dislike it and would like to be closer to the centre of Bristol and be in a place with only a few people, I. e maybe your house! My boyfriend would visit for a week at most once a month and I will be gone for a week once a month to go visit him as we do long distance. I have a UK guarantor, and at current earn 40k pre tax, but will be on a large stipend from UoB and the govt scholarship in September !

I do not smoke, I love animals and am quite quiet and honestly super lazy at cooking so I won’t be in the kitchen much except from baking cakes and sourdough!

A double bed or bigger is a MUST and I need my own desk for work! Ideally not toooooo far out from the centre of Bristol, so Horfield, Gloucester Road, Redland, Montpelier, Clifton uhhh some part of Berliner and Brislington are all good (these are actually all the places I remember haha!)

It’d be good if bills were included but not 1000% fussed, Ensuite or not I don’t mind as long as the house is tidy as I’m a bit of a neat freak!

I’d love to live with girls, but again I’m looking for a house that is no bigger than 4 people total ! If it is split girls and boys that’s okay too !!

I’m up for the pub but I stay to myself unless I have something to chat about or gossip and I do love watching tv!

Big big animal lover so if you have pets - that is a HUUUUUUGE plus !! Attached my pets from home [wont be bringing them with me!]
