PhD student looking for room to rent

Hi, I’m Lauren.

Im 22 and about to start a PhD in Edinburgh in September. I just graduated from my masters in Sheffield and the PhD is in data science for women’s health.

I’m a social and outgoing person who enjoys going for a pint/coffee and making dinner with others but also really values quiet time in my room. As for my interests I enjoy going to the gym/pilates classes, sewing and sailing.

I am moving to a new city but do have some friends in Edinburgh already and I am very keen to live with people a similar age to me (20’s). And I’m looking for a flat somewhere in the marchmont/bruntsfield/newington area.

While I am technically a student for council tax purposes I am prepared to pay a share if needed and would rather find the best fit of people/flat than solely student flats.

I am very tidy and looking for flatmates who want to be friends as well.
