Looking for a buddy/ room in central Manchester

Hi! I’m looking for a buddy to rent a 2 bed flat in central Manchester from September.

My budget would be around £650-£800 pcm each. I’m open to both furnished and unfurnished places, but I’d love to make the flat feel personal, cosy.

I’ll be coming back from my year abroad in Australia, where I studied Law, and I’ll be going into my final year at UoM. I would like to settle in to Manny after I graduate.

I’m looking for someone clean, considerate of shared spaces, and easy to live with. Ideally, someone who enjoys chilling after a long day, grabbing coffee, going for walks, or maybe even a run. I run a lot, and coffee culture is definitely part of my personality. I do not drink or go out, I prefer to grab occasional wine with friends.

I’ll probably be working quite a bit and will have a fairly out of home routine. I also travel, so the flat won’t always be occupied.
