Friendly Graduate Looking for a Room

I’m looking for a room in Edinburgh, ideally for a long-term stay.

A little about me: I’m about to graduate from the University of Edinburgh with a Master’s degree, and I’m planning to stay in Edinburgh to look for work. I’m friendly, cheerful, respectful and tidy, and I enjoy living in a calm, considerate home.

I’m sociable and always happy to have a chat or share a meal, but I also respect people’s privacy and personal space. I’m a non-smoker, responsible with bills and rent, and happy to provide references if needed. Ideally, I’m looking for:
- A furnished room in Edinburgh
- Long-term let preferred
- Bills included or clearly stated
- Friendly and respectful flatmates
- Good access to public transport
