I'm looking for a furnished room ideally a double with an ensuite preferably around the Arndale, NQ or city centre area as I work in the city (no more than 15-20min walk away from Arndale, this is a non-negotiable for me). Only really up for sharing the living room and the kitchen please. I need a place where I can be on the rental contract too.
