Looking for a room central manchester from sept

Hi,
Im 21 years old going into my final year studying at university of manchester. I’ll be working part time along side this in city centre. My flat mates last year are taking year abroads/placements and i would rather find someone i get on with to share a flat with then live on my own.

I go on the odd night out maybe once a week on a friday or saturday but not a crazy student or anything so would be open to either student or young professional.

Ideally someone clean and tidy, that can chill in the living room with and be mates and get along well with.

Socialable but also fine with being on my own

Open to sharing with one or multiple people.

Typically out in the day either at uni or working and usually go the gym in the evenings

Not fussed about sexual orientation either is good with me…
