Roommate or flat mates

Hi! I’m Modinat, 21, and I’m looking for a friendly, clean house share within commuting distance of Balcombe. I work full-time at a private nursery in Balcombe and I’m hoping to move in during August or September.
My budget is £500–£600 per month, ideally with bills included.
I have a lovely 7-month-old cat called Mecca. He’s very friendly, litter-trained, and well behaved. At the moment, he sometimes goes outside during the day but is always back inside by around 9pm. Once we move, I plan to keep him indoors for the first few months so he can settle safely into his new home before being allowed outside again.
I’m a respectful, tidy, and easy-going person who enjoys a peaceful home environment. I work full-time, so I’m out during the day, and I always clean up after myself and treat the place I live with care.
