My ideal location is Farringdon and the surrounding area, including Holborn and Shoreditch. I am also considering London Bridge, North Southwark, and Bermondsey. As a general guide, I am looking for areas that are around a 40-minute walking distance max to Moorgate / Liverpool Street Station

Budget: around £1,250 per month (all‑inc if possible). I can flex a bit for the right place, though obviously even better if it’s less.

Ideally sharing with two other people (so 3 in the flat total), but I’m also happy with three others (4 in the flat total).

Looking to share with people that are tidy, easy going and respectful. Bonus if you are also into movies and like or wanted to learn to play tennis.
