Not a big party goer, but still enjoy a good night out. I like trying different restaurants and drinking way too much coffee (i do love a brunch).

Work in finance and I’m in the office 5 days a week.

I go to the gym regularly and enjoy playing tennis when I get time.


Also love a good movie night of course.

My ideal location is Farringdon and the surrounding area, including Holborn and Shoreditch. I am also considering London Bridge, North Southwark, and Bermondsey. As a general guide, I am looking for areas that are around a 40-minute walking distance max to Moorgate / Liverpool Street Station

Budget: around £1,300 per month (all‑inc if possible) would be ideal but I can flex if the place and location is right.

If it’s shorter term can also flex up further as well I. e. 2-3 months.

Looking to share with people that are tidy, easy going and respectful. Bonus if you are also into movies and like or wanted to learn to play tennis.
