Professional seeking room from late August

Hi! I’m a recent postgraduate and professional looking for a clean, comfortable room in Edinburgh from around 26–27 August 2026. I’m tidy, respectful, and easy to live with.

I’m looking for an all-inclusive room and would prefer an en-suite bathroom, although and I’m perfectly comfortable sharing the kitchen and living areas.

I’m ideally looking for a room in EH4 or nearby, as it would be convenient for work, but I’m open to other suitable locations with good transport links.
