Looking for a modern ensuite room with housemates!

Hi! I'm starting my first big girl legal job in September and am searching for a fun and cozy house with like-minded people xx

I’m insanely clean (think shoes off in the house, no outside clothes on the bed etc..) and really respectful, but also really fun and always always down for a side quest and to meet new people 🌟🌟🪩🪩🕺

I’m looking to house share preferably with girls but I’m not super fussed - just want an en suite/own bathroom and ideally a cute view of the city 🙈

I have a preference for south west as I have some friends based there, or zone 1 for an easier commute (but I’m flexible)

my budget is £1,000 - I’m not super rigid on it but as close to it as possible would be ideal

have a general preference for newer/modern houses
