Looking for 2 rooms for me and my friend

Hi! We're two postgraduate students at the University of Bristol looking for a place to move into around the last week of August or the first week of September.
Although we are planning to move together, we would still prefer separate tenancy contracts.
We're hoping to find a clean, friendly, and respectful home rather than just a place to stay. We'd love to live with people who are considerate, communicate openly, and are happy to strike a balance between having their own space and occasionally hanging out over dinner, a movie, or a chat.
A little about us: we're both tidy, responsible, and easygoing. We clean up after ourselves, respect shared spaces, and are mindful of noise and everyone's schedules. We enjoy a peaceful home during the week but are always up for a good conversation or getting to know our flatmates. We don't smoke, we're reliable with rent and bills, and we value creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone.
