Seeking professional house share near the RD&E

Hello,

I am 23 year old pharmacy graduate moving to Exeter to work as a trainee pharmacist in the RD&E hospital in August.

I am looking for a bedroom that has enough space to accommodate a desk and chair, along with a window that can open. I am seeking a ‘home from home’ rather than just somewhere to sleep, that has a pleasant atmosphere and is not a party house. I am clean and tidy and would like to live in a comfortable home with housemates who care for and respect communal areas and clean up after themselves. I am open to living with males and females.

I am outgoing, sociable and would really like to get to know people I live with. Equally, I do value quiet time, personal space and respect the privacy of others. I am respectful, considerate and conscientious towards others and would value housemates who share these values, get on well together and who I will enjoy living with.

The coming year is going to be busy and demanding for me as I have important registration exams to prepare for in June 2027. This means that I will have to spend most evenings after work and weekends studying. For this reason, a noisy and/or chaotic house would not be a good fit for me.

Having a nice, comfortable communal living room to unwind and spend some downtime would be important, as being able to relax easily and have a work life balance is something I value.

A parking space would be a great bonus, as I have a car.

I have just moved out of a property which I have rented for the past three years. During my time as a tenant, I took care of the property regarding cleaning and maintenance and treated it as if it were my own home. I can provide references for my previous tenancies.

I have set £800 as the upper limit for my budget, however I am flexible with this if I find a suitable property that meets my needs and exceeds my budget.
