Friendly nhs professional looking for lovely home

Hello, I’m looking for a lovely home in South London (SE pref, but not a deal-breaker) where I can properly settle and feel at home.
I work for the NHS as a Registered Nurse Apprentice/Associate Nurse, so although I’m in training, this is very much my career, and I am paid full-time to complete my course alongside my regular position.
I really love my job and take a lot of pride in working in mental health and eating disorders. My routine can involve early starts, long shifts, university days and needing rest when I’m home, so I’m looking for somewhere that feels calm, is clean, and where housemates are respectful.

As a housemate, I’m warm, sociable, tidy and considerate. I clean up after myself, care about shared spaces, and like a home that feels cared for. I enjoy a chat, but I’m also very respectful of people’s space and downtime.

Interests vary with energy and spare time, but I love music/gigs, karaoke (even though I can’t sing), creative things like drawing and pottery, and some volunteering at Walworth Garden Centre. I enjoy going out and doing fun things, but I’m not someone who brings chaos home (or enjoys that kind of environment). Home is where I like to recharge, feel grounded, and have a nice balance.

* Furnished, but unfurnished is also ok as I have what I need in storage.

* Bills to be included, but I’m happy to discuss or negotiate this if needed.
* I don’t mind if you have pets :)
* I have a nut allergy. I can be around nuts if they’re your favourite snack- just can’t have them myself.

I have quite a few plants, so I’d ideally be somewhere with enough bedroom space, or (with permission of course) I could put them around the place for you to enjoy too. I’m looking to live with a kind person/people who value communication, cleanliness and have a home that feels good to come back to. I’ve got a lot to offer as a housemate. I’m caring, responsible, creative, fun, and I’d genuinely want to contribute to making the home feel lovely for those present.
