Room needed

Heya folks,

I'm looking for a room for myself and my infant daughter (22 months old) who will be with me for 4+ days a week. She's very chill and curious for a toddler. I'm looking for something relatively soon.

My only set in stone needs are -

1. Decent sized room
2. No stairs

I'm physically disabled and can't manage more than a couple of stairs. I don't use any bulky equipment or a wheelchair, just a walking stick for inside and a mobility scooter when out of the house. The scooter can be easily broken down so I can store it in my room of theres nowhere outside.

In general I'm pretty quite but sociable. I worked in social care for a long time before I became unable to work and I think I have an old DBS from a few years ago if that would put your mind at ease. Cooking is one of my favourite things and I do it whenever I'm able to.
