Looking for a lovely new home

Hi! I am ideally looking for a double room in St Leonards on Sea or the surrounding areas. I am a quiet but social person, I enjoy my own company but am very happy to spend time with housemates having meals together or watching TV. Home is a sacred space and I prefer not to be in a party household.
I enjoy nature and lots of outdoor activities, like, metal detecting, fishing, hiking etc. I am a big fan of art and many creative practices like painting, tattooing and fashion. I try to spend as much time outdoors or with friends/loved ones as possible so my lack of employment at this time should not be an issue.
I am suffering with chronic pain and am currently under investigation for an autoimmune/progressive health condition which affects my ability to work, so I am claiming Universal Credit until further notice. I will need a tenancy agreement which I can show to my UC case worker. I am flexible with rent amount.
I am a clean and respectful individual and would love whoever I live with to be the same. I have no preference for who I live with in terms of gender, just ask that it is all appropriate and respectful.
