Looking for a one bedroom flat

Recent graduate looking for a one bedroom flat close to Maidstone hospital for a new role as a pre-registration optometrist. Salary is £27,500 per annum. References available once vaccination information and qualifications have been processed by the recruitment team at the hospital after the 14th of July. Looking to move in during the start of August (I do not mind mid or late August either). Parking space preferred. I don't smoke, I don't have any pets. Moving individually, no partner / flatmates.

I have a guarantor (home owner) and extensive savings (I can provide proof via bank statement).

If the property is a HMO, I would prefer mostly female flatmates. If large HMO (5 or more occupants), proof of licensing under the local council needed.
