Looking for a long-term flat starting in August!

Hello! I'm looking for a long-term room in Edinburgh.

I am 25 years old and French-American, currently finishing my Masters at the University of Edinburgh. I will be working a service or retail job while I look for something full-time in my field. I love reading, cooking and baking, going on long walks to discover new parts of the city, playing ultimate frisbee, and doing all the New York Times mini-games every day.

I'm quite an extroverted person and enjoy spending time with friends (going for a walk or a run, watching a movie, trying new restaurants and cafés, etc.), but I do need my space and like being able to recharge in a quiet, peaceful home. I want to be friends with my flatmate(s) and be able to hang out/have an occasional dinner or night out together.

I am very clean and organised, and I appreciate having a rota between flatmates to ensure that the distribution of household chores is even.

I'm available to move in any time in August before the 21st. I am flexible on location, but would prefer somewhere in or around Fountainbridge, Tollcross, Gorgie, Bruntsfield, or Marchmont. Ideally, I'm looking for a place where I would have 1 or 2 flatmates maximum.
